A coworking space in Granada that speaks your language

TOPyCo is a small, independent coworking space in the Jardín de la Reina neighbourhood of Granada, Spain. Since 2017 it has been the office of freelancers, remote employees and digital nomads from all over the world. The team speaks English, so you can ask, book and pay without a word of Spanish.

It is not a WeWork. It is one open-plan room with large windows, a wooden floor, a kitchen and a private meeting room, run by the people who own it. You get a desk, fast internet, silence when you need it and conversation when you want it.

What you get

  • A desk with natural light. Hot desk on day and week passes; a dedicated desk on the monthly plan, where you can leave a second screen.
  • Symmetric fibre internet, on Wi-Fi and by cable, around 300 Mbps both ways. Video calls, deploys and large uploads are fine.
  • A private meeting room for up to five people, with wireless screen sharing and a whiteboard. Members use it for video calls; it can also be rented by the hour.
  • Kitchen and coffee. Fridge, microwave and free coffee, tea and water.
  • Air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
  • Printing at €0.15 a page, and mail reception on the monthly plan.

Prices

All prices include VAT. There is no deposit, no registration fee and no minimum stay.

Come for a day first. If you then sign up for a plan, the €14 is taken off it. Full Spanish price list: precios de coworking en Granada.

For digital nomads and remote workers

Granada is one of the cheapest and most pleasant cities in Spain to work from: a compact centre, the Alhambra and the Albaicín on your doorstep, Sierra Nevada forty minutes away and the coast an hour away. Lunch menus around the coworking cost €10 to €12, and the neighbourhood is popular for monthly rentals.

The community is international, mostly developers, designers and other freelancers. English and Spanish mix at the coffee machine. People come here to work, so it is calm, but nobody eats lunch alone unless they want to.

If you are working on a US time zone, keep in mind that we close at 17:00. Late calls are on you.
